At CCFWE, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest initiative, the Economic Abuse Screening Tool (EAST). EAST is designed to assist social service providers in recognizing and responding to the impacts of Economic Abuse on victim-survivors. Our aim is to offer more comprehensive solutions and support for those affected by this pervasive issue.

We invite you to join us for a special webinar event to learn more about EAST and its practical relevance in combating Economic Abuse. Attendees will gain valuable insights from experts in the field and will have the opportunity to engage with our team and learn more about our work.

The work is developed in consultations with 30+ women's shelters across Canada.

This event is perfect for anyone looking to be part of a more comprehensive solution to better support victim-survivors, including social service providers, policy-makers, financial institutions, utility providers, academia, women's shelters, and women's organizations.

By attending the launch event, you will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of addressing Economic Abuse and the specific needs of survivors. You will also learn more about current structural barriers facing Economic Abuse survivors and best practice examples on how to address them.

We are proud to have received funding for this project from the Government of Canada, through the federal department of Women and Gender Equality (WAGE).

Don't miss out on this important opportunity to learn, connect, and take meaningful action to support victim-survivors of Economic Abuse. Register today and join us for this exciting launch event!
