David Gyarmati, Research Director, SRDC, and Boris Palameta, Senior Research Associate, SRDC, will share the main findings of the Measures of Success research project. This project was designed to develop and test an evaluation model to measure the long-term outcomes of workplace learning initiatives on individuals, workplaces, companies and local communities in Manitoba and Nova Scotia.  The results suggest that participants made measurable gains and performance improvements in many areas.

The research framework and the survey instruments were developed by the Social Research and Demonstration Corporation (SRDC).
