The biennial Adult Learning Symposium (ALS) brings together key stakeholders in people development and learning to enhance their knowledge and practice in the fields of Human Resource Development (HRD), Continuing Education, Training (CET) and Vocational Education. By launching a community-wide learning platform in CET practice, design, delivery and assessment, the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) Singapore hopes to lead CET professionals in translating their knowledge and experience into best practices in CET design and delivery through ALS.
